Ingredients:
1 C flour
2 eggs
1/2 C milk
1/2 C water
1/4 tsp salt
2 Tbs butter, melted
Filling:
1 Tbs butter
1 apple, chopped
pinch of cinnamon
1 Tbsp powdered sugar
Directions:
Whisk together the eggs, milk, water, and melted butter. Stir in the
flour and salt. Poor 1/4 cup of batter on a small frying pan over medium
high heat. Tilt the pan so the batter evenly coats the bottom in the
thin layer. Cook for about two minutes and then flip. Cook until desired
brown-ness. Serve with apple filling. Makes about 8 crepes.
Filling: Mix together all ingredients in a small frying pan. Cook until apple is soft.
I also love crepes with a bit of lemon juice and powdered sugar.
